Thursday I spent some time rearranging the backroom of my store. Friday morning when I was getting ready for work I was texting with one of my assistants about the changes. I always work open to close on Fridays. Spending 12 hours at the store, I didn't really accomplish much else.
I am very fortunate to have an awesome team. I spend a great deal of time communicating with them via text. I adore the convenience of it!
