Thanks for all the WTG's and encouragement! I can do this, and it's about darn time I really got serious about it. Now, of course, I want to be at my goal weight YESTERDAY. LOL!!

For those of you who asked, here's my "secret". I take Magic Herb to help surpress my appetite, I cut my portions drastically, I've changed what I eat (mainly salads and chicken breast), and I drink a MINIMUM of 64 ozs. of water. I need to add exercise, but even when I do it won't be a lot. That's just not my gig. Never has been, never will be.

The WATER is the SO important. I notice a huge difference when I don't drink enough --- weight loss slows way down.

So, eat healthy and drink up. ;-)
